Analyzing requirement from the clients accordingly identifying candidates on the basis of Pharma/Biotech/Medical Devices/Healthcare/CROS requirements.
Strong in resume searching through traditional and non-traditional recruitment techniques.
Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using various portals. Should have experience working with Health Care Direct Clients.
Interviewing (preliminary) the short listed candidates.
Maintaining complete data base and tracker of incoming resumes. Prime responsibility is sourcing suitable profiles of Pharma/Clinical professionals for multiple
