Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and clients effectively. You should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. A basic understanding of medical terminology and roles will be beneficial. Being proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment is also important to succeed in this role.
