Builds relationships with top candidates and establishes a pipeline of qualified resources. Conducts personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients. Prepares and facilitates candidate interviews with clients and follow-up debriefing.Performs thorough reference checks.Engages with the support team, which handles onboarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline. Maintains timely, compliant, and accurate documentation and metrics requirements on all activity related to prospects, clients, and candidates via the FCS database systems. Skill to use ATS, CRM, Word, Excel, and Google products with proficiency Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting RN's for hospitals for North America Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills Experience using an applicant tracking system (Jobdiva is preferred)

Strong in resume searching through traditional and non-traditional recruitment techniques. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using various portals. Should have experience working with Health Care Direct Clients.Interviewing (preliminary) the short listed candidates. Maintaining complete data base and tracker of incoming resumes. Prime responsibility is sourcing suitable profiles of Pharma/Clinical professionals for multiplethe Pharma/Clinical services industry.projects and assignments inSkills: Good English communication, healthcare, pharma recruiting, US staffing and technical recruitment.Willing to Work in Night Shifts (6:30PM to 4:30AM) IST.
