Job Description:

1. US IT Recruitment service providers online & approaching them to become our service partner.

2. End to End US IT Recruitment Process

3. Proficient knowledge about all kind of work authorizations in US including Green Card(GC), Green Card- EAD(GC-EAD), TN Visa, H1B, H4-EAD, OPT-EAD, CPT-EAD,L1,L2-EAD,etc.

4. Experience in Tax Terms W2/C2C/1099.

5. Email & phone call campaigning to acquire new US IT recruitment Vendors.

6. Digital marketing & Branding – Promoting the company in social media like linkedin, twitter, facebook, etc.

7. Sharing the client requirement to vendors & working to get the closure done.

8. End to end Building client relation & following up with clients post profile submission for closure

9. Good understanding of US work culture, job rules/regulations and ethics.

10. Dedicated hard working and Deadline driven

11. A clear and professional telephone manner.

12. Excellent written and oral communication

13. Good co-ordination skill
