job location : noida (remote till covid)

key responsibilities: handle it requirements for us based clients. analyze the requirements to understand clients it resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.

source & screen candidates from various sources like internal company database, resume/job portals and professional networking.

edit & format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.

maintain candidate/vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.

handle interviews, closures, paperwork & on boarding.
