Job description:

Develop job posting, job description pertaining to various requirements.

Source candidates using various search methods and build a robust candidate pipeline.

Screen candidates by reviewing CVs and Job applications, and performing phone screening.

Keep a track of overall interview, selection and joining process.

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication Skills

Expertise in handling, MS Office, Excel and Outlook

Strong written and Verbal Skills

Experienced in International Voice process / Recruitment Experience is an added advantage

Should be comfortable working in night shifts
