Experience - 1+year in BPO/ Tele caller/ Sales and Marketing/ US IT Recruitment

Job description:

• Develop job posting, job description pertaining to various requirements.

• Source candidates using various search methods and build a robust candidate pipeline.

• Screen candidates by reviewing CVs and Job applications, and performing phone screening.

• Keep a track of overall interview, selection and joining process.

Skills Required:

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Expertise in handling, MS Office, Excel and Outlook

• Strong written and Verbal Skills

• Experienced in International Voice process / Recruitment Experience is an added advantage

• Should be comfortable working in night shifts
