Roles and Responsibilities
Serves assigned requirements and work.
Properly interprets job requirements and creates search strings to yield quality matching candidates, quickly.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, closing on offer, and leading to start for IT and/or non-IT requirements with US-based clients.
Document candidate interview notes, activities, and process flow in Job Diva applicant tracking system.
Sources from Job Diva and job portals, to include Monster, CareerBuilder, and DICE, as needed
Writes and/or edits job postings and post on job portals.
Utilizes knowledge of US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Services contract, permanent & C2H (contract to hire) positions.
Complies with documentation requirements in Job Diva and as otherwise required.
Consistently services assigned requirements, bringing strong ratio of submittals to interviews to hires.
Works as a team player, willing to work on what is assigned, collaborating with others, and tending to the greater good of the company.
