We are searching for exceptional recruiters (US Staffing) for our fast growing IT Consulting Firm.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The main focus for this role will be to recruit IT candidates for client consulting engagements in the North American (USA) market.
Understanding the requirements of the clients.
The responsibility would include sourcing quality resumes for our direct client/tier1 vendor using a multitude of sourcing techniques like job boards, job postings, groups, social media, etc.
To ensure availability of right fit for the position at the right time as per the recruitment plan and maintain the supply of technical resources as per Demand/Projections for the specific Accounts handled.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.
Excellent Communication Skill is Mandatory (written & oral).
Proficiency in using industry standard Job board and ATS.
Knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C, W4, W9, etc.
