We are searching for exceptional recruiters (US Staffing) for our fast growing IT Consulting Firm.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• The main focus for this role will be to recruit IT candidates for client consulting engagements in the North American (USA) market.
• Understanding the requirements of the clients.
• The responsibility would include sourcing quality resumes for our direct client/tier1 vendor using a multitude of sourcing techniques like job boards, job postings, groups, social media, etc.
• To ensure availability of right fit for the position at the right time as per the recruitment plan and maintain the supply of technical resources as per Demand/Projections for the specific Accounts handled.
• Desired Candidate Profile:
• Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.
• Excellent Communication Skill is Mandatory (written & oral).
• Proficiency in using industry standard Job board and ATS.
• Knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C, W4, W9, etc.
