position               : us it recruitment - team leader

experience          : 6- 8 years in us it recruitment

ctc                      :  8-10 lpa

location               : bangalore

notice                : immediate – 15 days max

education            : bsc/bca/ (technical knowledge)

job description:

?minimum 6 years or above experience in us it recruitments

?minimum 2 years experience in leading us it recruitment team with 4 or above members

?minimum 2 years experience in training team members in us it recruitments

?minimum 2 years experience with vms portals and ats portals

?minimum 1+ year experience in client handling and client coordination

?direct client hiring, experience in w2 hiring, experience in handling niche skills ( mulesoft, salesforce, powerbi, aws, azure - if they have canada / mexico hiring its a huge plus should be active in technology groups / networking sites

?should have good network in li, good consultant networking database, strong communication, strong in searching candidates in social networking sites

?currently hands-on with us it recruitments

?good knowledge of ms excel, word etc.
