Strong convincing skills.

Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, EADs.

Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.

Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.

Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 1099.

Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants.

Address the consulting needs of a major client account.

Maintaining good database.
