Job Description

• should have 3+ yrs experience in us it recruitment

• should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• should source and screen the best candidate, schedule interviews, receive evaluation

• proficient in using us job portals like dice, linkedin, indeed, social networking sites, head hunting

• negotiate compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants

• would be responsible for effective usage of internal systems/database for recording different stages in recruitment process.

• must be experienced in recruiting cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting resumes, interviews scheduled, follow-ups)

• should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.

• should have strong desire to work on challenging requirements

• good understanding of it terms and technologies

• submission of the eligible resumes to the clients

• must be willing to work in us day...
