• Should have 3+ yrs Experience in US IT Recruitment
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should source and screen the best Candidate, schedule interviews, receive evaluation
• Proficient in using US Job Portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Social networking sites, head hunting
• Negotiate compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants
• Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.
• Must be experienced in Recruiting cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting resumes, interviews scheduled, follow-ups)
• Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
• Should have strong desire to work on challenging requirements
• Good Understanding of IT Terms and Technologies
• Submission of the eligible resumes to the Clients
