Job Description

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure the on-time collection and delivery of shipments.

2. Ensure that shipments are scanned at relevant destination points to ensure proper tracking.

3. Decide on shipping methods and routes for cargo.

4. Advise clients regarding payment options for cargo and assist with cargo booking inquiries.

5. Assist with the tracking of lost or missing shipments.

Requirements :

1. Age - within 18 to 27

2. Qualification - min. 10+2 (Graduate preferable)

3. experience in providing customer support

4. Keen eye for small details

5. Great problem-solving abilities

6. Good computer skills'

7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
