Duties & Responsibilities----

Assign tasks to staff members. Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws. Order materials needed for production. Open up or close the warehouse at the start and end of the day.

True executive alignment occurs when all executives clearly understand each other's constraints and agree to solve for them. To be successful, a large transformation program needs clarity of commitment around funds, time and people (names).

Pulls and packs product based on daily orders. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

A Shift Manager, or Shift Lead, is responsible for overseeing business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift. Their duties include stocking inventory, balancing the cash register and coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency or customer service.
