Responsibilities

Working in coordination with product managers and engineers to develop interactive

designs for mobile Apps and website and continuously find ways to enhance designs and

implementation.

Lead and evangelise best user-interface design practices, which create exceptional user

experience.

Understand customer behavior, psychology, business drivers and objectives, and translate

them into efficient UI design

Have an understanding of UX design, user flow, prototypes and wire framing

Stay abreast with the latest UX design practices for mobile applications.

Understand material design concepts and have worked on them

Lead the design process by creating sketches, wire-frames, navigation flow charts,

Photoshop mock-ups and interactive prototypes

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, illustrations etc.

Excellent knowledge of adobe suite - illustrator, Photoshop, After effects & other design

tools.

In-depth knowledge of creative principals including graphic design, typography, composition,

scale, colour theory, visual merchandising, packaging, videos etc.

Be able to think digital and design for performance marketing, blog, social media, web

banners, ad campaigns, videos, etc.

Analyse and plan the framework of design according to the laid-out concept and established

specifications of the project

Experience in designing websites and mobile apps.

Experience with animation/video/gif creation & editing.

2-4Yrs+ experience in online product design with at least 3yrs+ experience in designing

interface for mobile products

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator,

InDesign, sketch etc.) or equivalent software

Desired Skills

Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Ability to prototype in HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, Flash or Catalyst is a strong plus

Familiarity with Responsive Web Design (RWD) techniques and tools is a plus

Ability to work both
