Responsibilities Working in coordination with product managers and engineers to develop interactivedesigns for mobile Apps and website and continuously find ways to enhance designs andimplementation. Lead and evangelise best user-interface design practices, which create exceptional userexperience. Understand customer behavior, psychology, business drivers and objectives, and translatethem into efficient UI design Have an understanding of UX design, user flow, prototypes and wire framing Stay abreast with the latest UX design practices for mobile applications. Understand material design concepts and have worked on them Lead the design process by creating sketches, wire-frames, navigation flow charts,Photoshop mock-ups and interactive prototypesRequirements: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, illustrations etc. Excellent knowledge of adobe suite - illustrator, Photoshop, After effects & other designtools. In-depth knowledge of creative principals including graphic design, typography, composition,scale, colour theory, visual merchandising, packaging, videos etc. Be able to think digital and design for performance marketing, blog, social media, webbanners, ad campaigns, videos, etc. Analyse and plan the framework of design according to the laid-out concept and establishedspecifications of the project Experience in designing websites and mobile apps.
