We are looking for a dedicated Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering text and data while maintaining high-quality standards. This is a full-time work-from-home position based in Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry: Accurately input text and numerical data into spreadsheets and documents to ensure information is correct and accessible.

- Document Preparation: Format and organize documents as per specified guidelines, ensuring they are easy to read and professionally presented.

- Proofreading: Review written material for errors and make necessary corrections, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all documents.

- Managing Files: Organize and maintain electronic files and records, ensuring easy retrieval of documents when needed.

- Meeting Deadlines: Complete typing tasks within set deadlines, demonstrating good time management and prioritization skills.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least completed their 12th grade and possess a strong command of the English language. Excellent typing speed and accuracy are essential, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary to handle various typing tasks.

Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess good time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently. Strong communication skills are also required to understand instructions clearly and collaborate when necessary. As this position is remote, candidates must have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment.
