The registered office is located in CIPCO Business Park at Mannankavu, Naduvannur, Kozhikkode District, Kerala, India. Designated Partners during incorporation are Jamshid Ali Thodiyil and Ishak Koyilil and now has 31 Designated Partners and 170 partners.

The foundation stone was laid on 07/11/2018 by the honorable minister of industries Shri. E P Jayarajan in presence of Honble Minister Shri. T P Ramakrishnan
