role: travel sales consultant

location: sector-63, noida

exp: 1+ yr

salary: 25 k - 40 k

~ shift timings: 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm (for girls) / 6:30 pm - 3:30 am (ist)

~ week offs: 6 days working (offs rotational as per the roster updates)

~ cab will be provided

job description:

handling queries from uk, over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance & car transfers/rentals.

offering the best available deals and then converting them into sales

need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow ups

target based profile

eligibility criteria:

gds knowledge is a must (worldspan/amadeus)

1+ years of experience in international voice process inbound/outbound travel sales (us/uk process)

only b2c & b2b ( voice process) offline sales. no tour handling profiles. no online sales/web sales etc.

must have excellent communication skill (both verbal & written in english)

good geographical knowledge
