Book flights, hotels, transport, and tour packages using GDS/online portals

Provide accurate and timely information on visa, insurance, and travel regulations

Handle client queries via phone/email and ensure prompt support before and during trips

Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service

Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry (domestic & international)

Knowledge of popular tourist destinations and current travel trends.
