roles and responsibility:

⦁ responsible for booking the non-air products ., hotel, rail, car, ferry etc. as per the client’s request

⦁ action the booking request within the given sla

⦁ call the hotel for reconfirmation on amendments

⦁ providing the right information to the customers based on their request

⦁ follow up with customers and suppliers on all the pending cases

⦁ maintain track of all the tickets and update production on a daily basis to the team lead

candidate requirement:

⦁ minimum 1 year of experience in customer service industry voice along with non voice process.

⦁ experience in any international process will an added advantage.

⦁ freshers from travel and tourism background is preferred

⦁ preferred 1-2 years of travel & tourism industry experience.

⦁ ability to work under pressure

⦁ basic knowledge of excel.

⦁ excellent verbal and written communication skills.
