• handle inbound calls & enquiry emails.
• proficiency in writing concise and clear emails and letters.
• generating leads will be added advantage and highly appreciated.
• should be able to up sell to customers& handle post-sales queries of the customers.
• responsible for handling group queries(domestic and international)
• handling cases (query/ request/ complaint/ appreciations).
