Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers for domestic and international travel packages.
Understand customer requirements (budget, travel dates, preferences) and design customized itineraries accordingly.
Convert leads into bookings by effectively presenting packages, offers, and value propositions.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure timely closure of sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of revenue and net margin as defined by the company.
Coordinate with operations and vendors (hotels, transport, airlines) to ensure smooth booking execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM/portal.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Upsell and cross-sell add-ons such as activities, upgrades, and travel insurance wherever applicable.
Preferred Candidate Profile
03 years of experience in travel sales / telesales / customer sales (travel industry preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Passion for travel and good knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Immediate or short notice period preferred.
