Job Description

-perform manual or machine winding of copper/aluminum coils based on design specifications.

-assemble transformer cores and mount windings with precision and accuracy.

-apply proper insulation materials between layers and windings.

-conduct lead wire soldering, termination, and labeling as per wiring diagrams.

-carry out varnish dipping or vacuum impregnation for thermal insulation.

-assist in transformer enclosure assembly and mounting into systems

-perform electrical testing

-identify and troubleshoot winding or assembly defects.

-maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper documentation of the work area.
