Qualification - B. Tech / in Electrical & Other Electrical degree

Requirement-

1. The candidate must be a qualified electrical engineer

2. Must have had a minimum of 15 years marketing, sales and service

experience of which at least 8 10 years must have been in transformer / breaker business

3. Should have worked in a transformer, breaker manufacturing industry

4. Should have leadership skills and have the ability to lead a team of about 6 10 people

5. Must understand and manage the region / branch as a profit center

6. Age about 40 years

7. Must be able to work under aggressive time pressure

8. Must be able to meet stretched business targets

Essential attributes-

1. Should have leadership qualities

2. Excellent communication skills spoken and written

3. Should have a pleasing personality, be confident and have the ability to convince a potential customer

4. Should be reasonably well acquainted with personnel in the industry . electrical maintenance and procurement officials

5. Should be able to provide technical seminars to potential customers

6. Be familiar with various channels of promotion to be able to increase the business

7. Should have good understanding of commercial transactions
