Key Responsibilities:

2. Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate virtual training sessions, ensuring that participants understand the material and can apply what they have learned.

3. Assess and Evaluate: Measure the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessments, identifying areas for improvement to optimize future training.

4. Support Employee Development: Provide one-on-one coaching and support for employees, helping them achieve personal and professional growth.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and evaluation results to track progress and development.
