qualification:

excellent communication skills

must possess a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

diploma/bachelors in engineering, information technology, computer science

responsibilities:

source candidates from internal database searches, online searches, internet postings, social media.

screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.

establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.

must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets.

take care for full cycle recruitment.
