Position: HR Executive Intern

Job Description:

As an HR Executive intern, you will work closely with our HR team to gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources management. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

Participating in new employee orientation sessions and assisting in the onboarding process.

Supporting employee relations activities, including organizing employee engagement events, handling employee inquiries, and assisting in conflict resolution.

Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Supporting performance management processes, including tracking employee performance evaluations and providing administrative support for performance appraisal cycles.

Assisting in training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training progress, and maintaining training records.

Conducting research on HR best practices, industry trends, and relevant regulations to support HR projects and initiatives.

Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR databases, preparing HR-related documents, and assisting with HR-related correspondence.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
