Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press and related organisations.

Calling & convincing (in English, Hindi, Bengali verbal communication) existing and potential customers to generate revenue.

Counselling customers to sell the different tourism packages.

To carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.

Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.

Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with services.

Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research and data analysis.

Coordinating and analysing the success of online advertising.

Keeping records of progress, budgets and timescales, and keeping clients/colleagues up to date with these.

Organising and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

Developing in-depth knowledge of services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

All the data need to be maintained carefully.

Clients update & report must be maintained in proper filing system.

You must achieve the Target (Monthly/ weekly) given by the management.

You must meet the deadline provided by the reporting manager/ management.
