Counselling customers to sell the different tourism packages.
To carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with services.
Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research and data analysis.
Coordinating and analysing the success of online advertising.
Keeping records of progress, budgets and timescales, and keeping clients/colleagues up to date with these.
Organising and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Developing in-depth knowledge of services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
