5) Handling Customer queries and resolving ticketing issues.
6) Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
7) Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall ticketing process.
Require Skill:
1) Bachelor Degree in Travel & Tourism or equivalent.
2) Strong Customer Service Skill.
3) Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
4) Proficiency in computer applications and ticketing software.
5) Excellent problem- Solving abilities and attention to details.
