We are seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for our Pre-Engineered Building Division at Mitaso Comtel Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. The candidate will work closely with the production, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that our products and services are tailored to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for new product development.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.

Attend trade shows and other events to network and promote the company's products. and services.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.

5-6 years of experience in a similar role in the Pre Engineered Building industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
