• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via calls mails & regularly visits at respective locations.

• responsible for bringing in new business for the company through a variety of sales techniques for revenue generation.

• responsible for business development function in govt sectors

• identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and promote the entire range of products & services offering.

• working with customers to identifying the pain areas, improve delivery performance & improve service levels.

• introduction of new products & handling to grab new opportunities in upcoming projects.

• maximum customer satisfaction matrices by providing presales & post sales assistance.

• regular tracking of upcoming relevant tenders on web portal & other relevant sources.

• preparing and finalizing online/ offline tenders by creating bids in designated bid system.

• liasoning with customer to check the progress of existing tenders, orders & contract.
