Understanding the requirements of a tender and developing a strategy to submit a bid.

Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, such as potential and current suppliers, to coordinate efforts and negotiate terms.

Managing documents from potential suppliers, evaluating pricing, and preparing documentation for the tender.

Ensuring that all tender submissions comply with tender guidelines and statutory requirements.

Ensuring that tenders are submitted within the stipulated deadlines.

Following up on the submission status of tenders.

Developing presentations for tender submission.

Tracking all tender results and comparing live tenders and contacts awarded.
