Uploading new Product/catalogue on GEM portal. €¢ Creating L1 Comparison for direct purchasing. €¢ Finding suitable bids on GEM & CPP Portal. €¢ Participating in Bids like Bunch bid, Reverse Auction, Custom bid & BoQ Bid. €¢ Convert inquiries into an order. €¢ Work on vendor assessment and seller profile related requirements in the GEM portal. €¢ Preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders. €¢ Prepare documents for e-Tendering on CPP & GEM portal €¢ Studying tender documents, qualification criteria & the scope of work. €¢ Floating RFQ to various vendors/contractors, collecting quotations. €¢ Preparing MIS Weekly/Monthly Reports. €¢ Prepare Technical & Financial bids in assistance with seniors. €¢ Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order.

Required Qualifications: Graduation in any field.
