uploading new product/catalogue on gem portal. creating l1 comparison for direct purchasing. finding suitable bids on gem & cpp portal. participating in bids like bunch bid, reverse auction, custom bid & boq bid. convert inquiries into an order. work on vendor assessment and seller profile related requirements in the gem portal. preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders. prepare documents for e-tendering on cpp & gem portal studying tender documents, qualification criteria & the scope of work. floating rfq to various vendors/contractors, collecting quotations. preparing mis weekly/monthly reports. prepare technical & financial bids in assistance with seniors. regular follow-up with prospective buyers for a purchase order.
