Opening For Tellecaller

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Tellecaller to join our team in Patna. This part-time position is open to males who have 1 to 7 years of experience. Ideal candidates should have completed their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

4. **Meeting Targets**: Strive to achieve monthly targets set for call volume and sales, demonstrating commitment to driving company success.

5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to help improve services and address client needs more effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. They must be able to build rapport with customers and handle rejection gracefully. Strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records. A basic understanding of sales techniques will be beneficial. The ideal candidate should also be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
