- counsel students and parents, addressing queries and helping them select suitable programs .

- convert leads into confirmed admissions by following up effectively .

- maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes in the crm system .

- conduct regular follow-ups to keep leads engaged and improve conversion rates .

- collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets .
