Telecaller - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a Tellecaller to join our team at our RNT Marg location. This role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to start their career in a dynamic environment. The position is full-time and requires you to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: You will reach out to potential customers to introduce our services and products, helping to generate interest and leads.

- Provide Information: As a Tellecaller, you will provide clear and accurate information about company offerings, responding to any questions from customers.

- Update Customer Records: You will maintain accurate records of calls and customer data in our database, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

- Follow Up: You will follow up with potential leads to move them further along the sales process, keeping track of notes from conversations.

- Achieve Targets: You will work towards achieving daily and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
