Interview For Telecaller || 12th Pass - Freshers

Job Summary:

We are looking for a telecaller to join our team and make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejection while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Handle inbound customer queries effectively.

Promote products or services and explain their benefits.

Maintain a database of customer information.

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

Resolve customer complaints or doubts in a polite and efficient manner.

Achieve daily/weekly

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate.

Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Punjabi

Basic computer knowledge.

Previous experience as a tele caller or in a similar role is a plus.

Ability to remain calm and handle pressure.

Positive attitude and persuasive skills.
