Responsibilities of Team Leader
1. Recruiting and training Telesales Representatives
2. Assisting in the development of effective sales strategies
3. Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
4. Analysing the performance of the telesales team members
5. Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets
6. Building and maintaining long-term customer relations
7. Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports
8. Addressing any customer queries and complaints
9. Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database
10 Assisting in developing sales scripts
11. Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference
12. Keeping a track of KPIs
13. Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner
