Identifying market potential in order to achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.

Maximize sales volume and revenue in the assigned markets for all Products.

Work closely with the principal companies- sales teams to maximize their respective brand's sales growth.

Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timelines and cost.

Ensure timely collections and recoveries of past dues.

Market, segment, product knowledge.

Competition analysis, market mapping, market intelligence,

Management and responsibility of the P&L.
