Job Description:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in India.

• Having excellent communication in ENGLISH & HINDI Language.

• Build relationships with customers and develop a strong understanding of their needs.

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.

• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of the BPO industry and its services

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
