Roles and Responsibilities:

• Call to the newly registered customer of¬¬¬ our company and understand them about the benefit and facilities of service.

• Brief about the product and features of our company.

• Understand the customer requirement.

• Convert prospect into sales.

• Renew the validity expire customer.

• Get the KYC done telephonically and onboard the customer with us.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good Communication Skills (Hindi).

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 required.

• Good Customer handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.
