Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling Outgoing and Incoming calls in English and Hindi.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Understand and learn about the products.
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Taking follow ups to generate repeat sales.
Enter and update customer leads information in the ZOHO CRM.
Take and process orders, coordinate with operations.
Achieve and grow with sales targets.
Communicate professionally over email and WhatsApp.
Qualifications and Education Requirements/Eligibility Criteria:
High school, diploma or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of working experience.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Knowledge of Excel and Searching.
Living nearby(40 mins. travel time).
Bonus: Having worked with interior decoration firms/ furniture making firms will be an added advantage. Would prefer the candidates from Furniture, Recliners, Office Furniture, Carpets, Windows, Air Conditioning etc.
