Job Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

2. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

4. Enter and update customer information in the database

5. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Candidate Skills:

1. Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales

2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

3. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to understand client query

6. Smart and should be coherent and able to explain things in an orderly manner

7. Good in MS Office
