Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team to be responsible for identifying new leads, converting pre-generated leads, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a target-based, deadline-driven environment.


1. Source and maintain an inbound and outbound lead pipeline through marketing, partner/channel-driven leads.

2. Connect and engage with pre-generated leads via outbound calls.

3. Initiate repeat sales by follow up phone calls from existing customers

4. Understand customer needs and requirements and align them to opportunities that qualify with City furnish product portfolio.

5. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.

6. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

7.Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

What are we looking for?

1. 6 months-2 Years of experience in an inside sales/telesales role.

2. Excellent communication and convincing sales.

3. Should be comfortable working in a voice-based process


1. High incentive payout over and above CTC.
