We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in inbound and outbound sales, with a strong background in IT sales and client management.

Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities

Handling inbound sales inquiries and converting leads into sales

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis

Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Skills required:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales

Strong IT sales background

Ability to effectively manage client relationships

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
