JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the job:

This position will be accountable who proactively engage potential

customers over the phone, effectively communicate the value of our

products or services, and secure sales. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales

targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Accountabilities:

• Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services,

staying updated on features, benefits, and pricing.

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, present product or

service offerings persuasively, and convert leads into sales.

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation

• Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers during the

morning/evening/ night shift, adhering to established call scripts

and guidelines.

Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for effective

customer engagement and persuasive sales conversations.

Ethical Conduct

• Commitment to ethical and legal standards in tele sales practices.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information and

data with discretion.

Follow-Up

• Conduct follow-up calls with leads or customers to provide

additional information, answer questions, or facilitate the sales

process.

Reporting

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and

customer feedback to sales managers or supervisors.

Time Management

• Efficiently manage call volumes, call durations, and follow-up

tasks to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

Essentially required

Educational Qualification Min. Qualification Graduate

Experience 1+ years of working experience.

Skill Summary:

• Fluent in English

• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service, understanding customer

requirements, and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales

process.

• Experience working in the diamond or jewelry industry is a plus.
