Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy Telesales Executive to be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. You will be responsible for converting leads into site visits by effectively communicating the value of our residential/commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who can build report quickly and handle objections with ease.
Lead Management: Call prospective leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, and internal databases.
Pitching & Positioning: Clearly explain project USPs (location, amenities, pricing, and ROI) to potential buyers.
Your success will be measured by:
Lead-to-Site Visit Ratio: How many calls result in an actual property tour.
Call Quality: Accuracy of information provided and professional etiquette.
Daily Activity: Meeting the minimum quota of outbound calls and talk time.
