job responsibilities:
make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
promote company products/services over the phone.
understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
generate leads and close sales as per given targets.
follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
handle customer queries and objections professionally.
update daily call reports, crm, or excel sheets.
coordinate with internal teams when required.
required skills & qualifications:
excellent verbal communication skills in english/hindi/marathi (as required).
prior experience in telesales/telecalling is preferred.
good convincing and negotiation skills.
basic computer knowledge (crm, excel, ms office).
positive attitude and willingness to learn.
