Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with potential customers, explaining company services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include making calls to potential clients, handling customer inquiries professionally, following up with interested customers, maintaining customer records and CRM data, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, good Hindi communication skills with basic English understanding, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. We offer fixed salary with attractive incentives, performance bonuses, career growth opportunities, and a professional work environment. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sunday fixed off.
