We are now expanding our Telesales team to support student enrollments, outreach, and sales efforts.

📌 Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive (Female) your primary responsibility is to connect with prospective students and customers over the phone and help convert leads into enrollments for our digital marketing and IT training courses. You will represent the institute professionally and positively while meeting sales targets.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

œ” Conduct outbound calls to leads (walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals)

œ” Understand course offerings (., Digital Marketing, Full Stack, Data Science) and explain them clearly

œ” Convert interested candidates into enrollments

œ” Follow up with prospects and schedule admissions

œ” Maintain accurate records in CRM / database

œ” Meet daily/weekly/monthly telesales targets

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements

œ” Female candidates aged 19€“30 years

œ” Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

œ” Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)

œ” Good telephone etiquette and persuasive skills

œ” Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)

œ” Positive attitude, goal-driven, and confident over calls
